The NDIC Training Programme is an advanced professional development initiative created for outstanding participants selected through the National Design & Innovation Competition.
Advanced Professional Development
Designed to bridge the gap between emerging talent and professional practice, the programme provides participants with intensive mentorship, specialised training, practical workshops, and industry exposure delivered by leading practitioners from across Nigeria’s design ecosystem. Participants will strengthen their creative thinking, technical skills, professional practice, and entrepreneurial capabilities while working closely with mentors and industry experts. The programme is designed to prepare the next generation of designers and innovators with the knowledge, confidence, and networks needed to build impactful careers within Nigeria and beyond.
