Apply to the Design + Innovation Exhibition 2026

The Design + Innovation Exhibition (D+IE) is one of the flagship programs of Design Week Lagos, showcasing contemporary design, material innovation, industrial design, collectible design, and experimental object culture from Africa and its global diaspora.

For the 2026 edition, Design Week Lagos is expanding its exhibition framework to include:

National representation across Nigeria’s 6 geopolitical zones
Pan-African participation
Global African diaspora participation

We are seeking designers, studios, collectives, fabricators, researchers, and multidisciplinary practitioners working across object-based and spatial design disciplines.

Selected participants will be contacted for further curatorial review and exhibition coordination.
