General Information

Design Week Lagos (DWL) is an annual citywide design festival and platform celebrating African creativity, innovation, architecture, fashion, interiors, product design, technology, culture, and creative industries. Through exhibitions, talks, installations, workshops, performances, networking events, and partner activations, DWL brings together creatives, businesses, institutions, students, and the public to shape the future of African design.

Design Week Lagos 2026 will take place from October 18-25 2026. Official dates, schedules, and venue information will be announced across our website and social platforms.

DWL 2026 will take place across multiple venues and partner locations throughout Lagos, Nigeria, including exhibitions, cultural spaces, retail environments, creative hubs, and outdoor activations. With the Main Festival Hub being the National Theatre, Iganmu.

DWL is open to designers, architects, students, entrepreneurs, brands, artists, media professionals, cultural practitioners, investors, and members of the public interested in creativity, culture, and innovation.

Tickets & Registration

Some DWL events are free and open to the public, while others may require registration, invitations, or paid tickets.

Tickets and registration links will be available through the official DWL website and authorized ticketing partners.

Exhibitors, Partners & Vendors

Applications for exhibitors, installations, showcases, and pop-ups will be announced through the DWL website and official social media channels.

Brands, organizations, and institutions interested in sponsorships or partnerships can contact the DWL partnerships team through the Contact page.

Approved vendors, exhibitors, and pop-up partners may sell products at designated DWL venues subject to festival guidelines and local regulations.

Speakers, Media & Press

Speaker and panel participation opportunities will be announced ahead of the festival.

Media accreditation applications will open prior to the festival. Accredited media may be required to provide publication details, portfolio links, or proof of assignment.

Photography and videography may be permitted at select events for personal or editorial use unless otherwise stated. Commercial filming may require prior written approval from DWL.
