The Design & Innovation Exhibition is a flagship event of Design Week Lagos, serving as a showcase of original ideas in furniture, product, and industrial design. The exhibition champions new materials, bold aesthetics, and manufacturing breakthroughs from some of Nigeria’s most exciting designers.

Launched in 2019, it provides a platform for both emerging and established creatives to present work that reflects a uniquely Nigerian design ethos while meeting global standards of quality and innovation.

2025 Theme: Building a Made in Nigeria Brand

This year’s edition will take place during Design Week Lagos (October 2025) and again in February 2026 as part of a national exhibition program. It aims to spotlight the shift from concept to production and offers visibility to work created through the NDIC, Incubator, and broader Hub.
